Test out your cardio limits with short burst high cardio movements like sprinting on the spot, jumping jacks, burpees, and many more bodyweight exercises

STRENGTH

Maximize your strength training with a ton of variations to keep you working every muscle group. Use equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, or your own body weight.

CHECK-IN

Arrive 5 minutes early to find your spot on the floor and meet your instructor.

MOBILITY WORK

We start off our session with 5 minutes of guided mobility and flexibility work. Think Yoga but for 5 mins. Don’t let the short time fool you. With a consistent mobility routine it will compound over time into more range of motion, less pain and greater flexibility.

The workout!

After we finished our mobility it’s time for our awesome workout!

We combine weight training, cardio and core all into one EPIC 45-minute workout!

We don’t do the boring counting countless reps to finish. We base everything on time so we no matter your fitness level you challenge YOURSELF to do the bets you can.

No workout is ever the same. It is literally impossible to get bored – In other words, have FUN EXPECTING the UNEXPECTED.

Our expert coaches are there to make sure you form is top notch and you are motivated along the way.

High Fives

You are literally finished in 45 mins. You got your sweat on. You’re heartrate is pumping and your muscles are tired (in the good sense). Get your high fives, give yourself a big pat on your back and come back to the next session. Unlike other gyms, you don’t need to book in your class. Just show up any session time, any day!
