The Transformation Training workout is the most effective program on the planet for people with busy lives because our high-intensity sessions are blended with bodyweight exercises, resistance training and cardio all in one amazing 45 minute workout.

At the Transformation Centre we are constantly changing our formats, movements and equipment so you will never get bored or used to the workout – In other words, EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.

Our workouts are designed to take the fittest person to the next level, or build the foundation for a beginner. No matter who you are, YOU can become your best self here.

NOTES

T.T = Transformation Training

Cardio = more focus on bodyweight. Still a mix of cardio and strength. More likely to do Jumping Jacks, burpees, etc.

Strength = more likely we do exercises like biceps curls, kettlebell swing. Still a mix of cardio and strength

Low impact = similar workout but lower intensity. Burpee free zone!

Hour of Power = Saturday 8am only. The hardest session of the week. 1 Hour instead of 45 minutes
